However, with the nation’s AI sector still in its infancy—lacking a strong research ecosystem, established academic programs, and robust industry expertise—questions arise about the appropriateness, feasibility, and long-term implications of this regulatory framework. This whitepaper provides a comprehensive, multi-perspective analysis of the proposed law, assessing its potential impact on innovation, economic development, and AI governance.
